March 7, 2022
With the boys basketball season now in the books, the team is now reflecting on how they can improve. A big part of the 2021-2022 team and a big piece of the team advancing is small forward Matthew Sharpe. In the 2022 season Sharpe has averaged 15 points a game along with 5 rebounds. In this season alone the sophomore scored 420 points.
Coach Davis states, “Matthew works hard in games. He is leading us right now in scoring and has decent defense. Matthew is Matthew!”
The Digest sat down Sharpe to get a glimpse into his life outside of being a Central basketball player.
