Trade school can be important for people who want a hands-on career after high school. Many of the careers that are offered through trade school need no college degrees or education. During high school, Future Ready is offered to students who want to learn how to do a hands-on career. This can be important because our communities and lives can depend on the people who do the hard work these programs offer.

Ryan Brown a Junior claimed, “I prefer trade school because it doesn’t cost as much to go to trade school and I really enjoy what they offer.”

Many students struggle with what they want to do after high school and trade school allows a student to begin working after graduation. If a student wants to avoid the standard classroom experience college offers then consider going into working in a trade.

Isabelle Martin a Junior explained, “I think trade school can be extremely valuable! So many of our everyday lives rely on those who pick up trades. I think that if you have a trade you love, then you should really go to trade school.”

Trade school can be just as important as college to students depending on what that student wants to go into for a future career.
