As the school year is well underway, lunchtime at the cafeteria has become a daily routine for students and teachers alike. The smell of freshly cooked meals wafts through the halls, drawing hungry students to their designated lunch periods.

Chicken Parmesan
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
Dredge chicken breasts in breadcrumb mixture, making sure to coat both sides.
Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove chicken from oven and top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Return chicken to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
